HDR Photography Package
- $200 for HDR exterior/interior shots up to 3000ft2
- $350 for HDR exterior/interior shots up to 5000ft2
- 25+ edited pictures included
High-Resolution Photography Package
- $250 for High-Resolution exterior/interior shots up to 3000ft2
- $450 for High Resolution exterior/interior shots up to 5000ft2
- Social media collage included
- 30+ edited pictures included
Photo & Videography Package
- $900 High-Resolution Interior/Exterior photo & video including aerial footage up to 3000ft2
- $150 per additional 1000 ft2
- Social Media Collage Included
- 1-2 minute video & 40+ edited pictures included
Package Add-ons:
- Drone Photos: 10 edited drone photographs for $125
- Cinematic Property Video: $450 for a 1 minute video & $650 for a 2 minute video
- Twilight Sunrise/Sunset Feature: $100 to arrive at desired time
- Day-to-Night Editing: 3 edited photographs for $75
- Virtual Furniture Staging: 5 photographs for $150
- Reservation Fee: $50 to hold booking date and time
- Rescheduling Fee (less than 24hrs notice of moving date): $25 (not applicable to weather issues)
- 30+ Minutes Late Fee/Customer No Show: $50

Editing includes 2 total revisions per photo package / 3 per video package (additional revisions will incur an extra fee)

All clientele and properties must be photo ready at start of scheduled booking time (failure to do so will result in late fees)
